Larissa is a Mama to her two girls, Adelaide & Stella.  She is a self-taught home baker and learned by watching her own Mom bake while growing up.  Her mother would make custom cakes, cupcakes and all kinds of desserts and she quickly inherited her mom's talent at a young age.  As a hobby, she would bake for friends and family, trying out different recipes all the time.

She began making skillet cookies during the pandemic.  The first one she made was a Cadbury Mini Egg cookie that she made for her partner's birthday.  It soon became a hit with friends and family and Larissa began developing new cookie recipes to try.  She began her journey as The Cookie Mama on social media taking her first order in October 2021. After that she began popping up at various markets within Prince Edward County, where Larissa and her family reside.

Larissa and her cookies continue to pop up at various markets within the area and now sells her cookies at various retail locations.  She looks forward to expanding to bring The Cookie Mama cookies outside of The County.
