HOW BIG ARE THE COOKIES?

The skillet cookie is 6 inches wide x 1 inch thick & feed approximately 1-4 people.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

For most orders, I typically require at least 2-5 days notice.
Due to high demand during the holidays or special occasions, i.e. Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, etc., I may sell out of cookies. To avoid disappointment, I recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance.

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

For large quantity, wholesale and/or custom orders, including custom cookie cakes & party favours, please email hello@thecookiemema.ca.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE YOUR COOKIES?

To ensure the cookies stay fresh, place cookies in an airtight container or storage bag and place in the freezer.

HOW DO I REHEAT YOUR COOKIES?

The cookies are enjoyed best when reheated. To do this, wrap the cookies in tinfoil and warm in a preheated oven at 300 degrees F for approximately 5-10 minutes. Take out of the oven when the chocolate is melted.
Note: oven times will vary depending on the size of the cookies and different ovens.

ARE YOUR COOKIES PEANUT/NUT FREE?

While I do have some cookies that are peanut/nut free, there is no guarantee that they are 100% nut free. All cookies are made in a faciility that uses peanuts and tree nuts.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE AND/OR VEGAN COOKIES

YES! The OG can be customized to be gluten-free or vegan or even GF & vegan.
Note: There is no guarantee that they are 100% gluten-free and/or dairy free. All cookies are made in a faciilty that uses gluten, milk & milk ingredients.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

At this time, delivery is only available to wholesale or custom orders. Delivery fees start at $5+ and are dependent on your location.
All other orders can be picked up in Prince Edward County (3676 County Rd 1), Belleville (K’boodle located inside the Quinte Mall or Kingston (Studio 88).
